Road Hero products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Space saver spare wheels are designed for temporary emergency use only. They must not be used as a permanent replacement for a full-size wheel. You must observe the speed and distance restrictions applicable to temporary spare tyres and follow your vehicle manufacturer’s guidance.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of our products, failure to follow product instructions, or use of a product outside its intended purpose.
Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
